Not equipped for business travelers!!!!!!!!!!!!
I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks for business, and they refused to produce a receipt when I checked out because I booked through this website, but not directly. I yelled at them for 10 minutes and they insisted to decline this basic right as a customer and a client. I am deeply dissapointed at this supposedly 5 star hotel. Second, I booked a restaurant through its concierge for an important dinner with my colleagues. They got the date wrong and when we arrived at the restaurant, the restaurant had no table for us. This caused me a great deal of embarrassment. I booked this hotel as it’s cheaper than other 5 star hotel nearby. Unfortunately this hotel is not equipped for business travelers, the front desk couldn’t understand that guests need their receipt, and the concierge can’t do a basic job right. I had dinner at its restaurant, I asked for medium rare and the steak was extremely over cooked, and it was tougher than the worst steak I have ever tasted.

Very satisfied!
Very good experience. The receptionist recommend us to upgrade with $69. She is so kind and show us around every possible room. We add the package and was very satisfied!! The bed and river view are awesome too

酒店員工整體服務不錯. 可惜酒店大堂部份正在裝修中, 但酒店綱址沒有註明. 而房間床褥比較舊, 枕頭沒有承托力, 衣櫃同 room control panel 頗殘舊. 但早餐有很多選擇, 亦很美味.

出行非常方便！
离大教堂，邮局都只有500米距离，不行5分钟可以到。酒店的露天游泳池很赞，儿子的呼吸管的咬嘴掉到池里面，当天没找到，在BAR 台留了信息，第二天负责的小哥就帮我们找到并还到房间。非常负责！酒店用的沐浴用品是欧洲的，很好！

Nice hotel
It's a nice experience here. My daughter got fever the 2nd night after check in. The hotel staff showes careness which was conforting at that moment. They also has an international doctor (not free of charge).
