Best Guest House I’ve stayed in.

I had an amazing stay at Bojangles Guest House! Maurice and Laureen are truly exceptional hosts—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The place was spotless, with impressive attention to detail in every corner. You can tell they really care about their guests’ comfort. Their hospitality made me feel completely at home. Highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed!

Immaculate, both our room and our hosts. It may be a guest house in name but has the feel and quality of a small boutique hotel. Made to feel like family and the choice of breakfast was above and beyond. Already looking forward to re-booking, Bojangles is the pearl of Gretna!

Maurice and Laureen were excellent hosts and the property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. After a very long day driving, Bojangles was the perfect stop over; a great nights sleep was had and a very tasty breakfast set me up nicely for the following days onward road trip. A return visit for my wife and I and our dog. Very friendly welcome for all of us! Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was top-notch. Communication with our hosts ahead of arrival was also first-class. Really can’t fault anything - and we will be back!

Exceptional Stay!

My recent stay at Bojangles was fabulous. Maurice and Laureen went above and beyond to ensure my stay was both comfortable and enjoyable on my week long business trip. Despite me leaving for work extremely early in the mornings, which meant I could not sample the famed cooked breakfasts, I was greatly surprised to be greeted by a fresh takeaway breakfast bag each morning on my departure. What a kind unexpected gesture! The room was lovely, modern and impeccably clean. It was stocked with all the amenities you would ever need, along with a daily filtered water carafe, but most importantly replenished stocks of cookies every night 🍪!! I will be sure to return! Thanks again guys 😊

Perfect getaway from the city.

Parked onsite and was welcomed by Maurice & Laureen who invited us in with smiles and laughter. We booked the, superior double room with the bathtub. And the room was spacious and cosy with the bathtub being big and relaxing. There is a cozy common area where you can relax read and gossip. A lovely breakfast was prepared by Laureen with Maurice being service and entertainment. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay depite being only one night. We wished we could stay longer. A great stay in a perfect B&B

My partner and I stopped over for one night and the stay was faultless. Anna and Ian were great, accommodating hosts- friendly and welcoming, providing good recommendations for food locally. The facilities were spot on, everything we needed was provided and of a high quality. The whole B&B was spotless, and the place has a really nice ambiance. The beds were very comfortable, and we both slept through the night; so comfortable in fact that we slept through and missed breakfast! It’s clear that the owners take great care and attention to the little things as well as big at Bojangles and I would highly recommend this place.

The hosts, Maurice and Laureen, are new owners on this property. They are a lovely couple who go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Cared for and cared about! That's how we would describe this property. Maurice and Laureen are great conversationalists and enjoy chatting at breakfast and when you are out and about. Absolutely the best breakfasts ever. There is absolutely no doubt that Laureen works hard to make your breakfast memorable and to give her guests a good start for the day. We stayed 2 nights and left saying good-bye as if Maurice and Laureen had been life-long friends. Thank you to the both of you!

Great meet and greet. I agree that cleanliness etc are all excellent. Attention to detail like the GF cake in the room was fab. My only comment is that breakfast seemed like a military affair but there were only six eating in total. Just needs to be more relaxed. It felt awkward asking for another coffee or extra butter/ toast. Having said that the food was excellent and once breakfast was served it all seemed to swttle down
