There are cigarette burn holes in the sheets, paint marks and scratches everywhere — on almost every corner or wall. No shampoo provided, the bedspread is dirty, the exhaust fan is filthy (you can see huge clumps of dust in the vents), pieces of the wall are falling off under the sink, and so on.
There’s not a single square foot in this place that would even meet a 3-star standard, let alone 4 stars or higher.
In the hallway, it reeks of someone smoking weed.
The lobby staff are wonderful and responsive.
I’m giving 2 stars only because the air conditioning worked properly, and there was electricity and hot water without interruptions.
