The pools and slides were a big hit for the grandkids. The refillable cups were my least favorite. We brought our cups from the precious year and paid the same price as getting a new cup.

The staff were all friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kids could have stayed at the splash pad area all day every day; they had such a good time! The water slide areas were manned with attentive staff, so it was safe as well as fun. Inside, there were different food choices, so we didn't have to go off site unless we just wanted to. Additionally, the kids have scheduled activities daily; there is a printed schedule, so nothing is missed. They enjoyed things like crafts, storytime, and a nightly dance party. It was a great trip!

Around everything!!! Waterpark, amenities and staff is great. From the quick bite and coffee to the friendly staff at the waterslides no complaints. Only concern is how much the rooms need updating. Just feels like a cheap motel bathroom. The bed is comfortable but it can use more of a higher quality bedding.

Disappointed in NO coffee pot in our room. No complimentary coffee or water on the property. The inside slides were not working some of the time. The arcade room is not great—disappointing! We will not return. Not great for the price!

The staff was great. I had the most interaction with staff member named Gabby. What a great attitude so helpful and kind. The big time negative and the main reason I will never go back to this hotel is because the property had water all over the floor from the indoor water area to all the activity spaces to the elevators! Unexcptable. I saw so many people lose balance and slip. I was a nervous reck my entire trip!

My kiddos loved the indoor & outdoor waterpark most along with the scheduled fun! ❤️ Most of the staff was friendly, we encountered 2-3 that weren’t happy about their jobs it seemed but there were some very amazing employees that made up for it, the mildew buildup on the stairs & some spots were rough for a newer facility & the outside pool bathrooms weren't the cleanest but overall it was a great experience & we will be back! 🙂

the little water slide was nice, This was classified as a resort.. This is not a resort. it's a hotel (an old one) that has water slides.. Maids don't clean ther rooms t hey only provide towels. To have your room cleaned is an extra charge.. The Beds are old and need changing. mattresses are bouncy and leans to the side. My mountain view consisted of looking over a parking lot facing an appartment complex.. This is a low budget hotel with high prices. It was so bad we checked out 2 days early...

Amazing place for children! Daily activities, restaurants on site, snack bars, indoor & outdoor pools with slide. Even the toddlers have their own play area. Staff is friendly. The room has a Alexa monitor that makes everything easy. Loved it! AC unit was a little faulty; had to keep it on 65-68 to get fresh cool air or the room would get real humid. Beds & pillows are comfy. The resort will charge an extra $25 per occupant each night if the room occupancy is incorrect. I had a 2 queen bed room that holds 4 persons but was charged $25 extra each night for my toddler; although they co-sleep. Overall, the stay was GRAND! The ALL YOU CAN EAT breakfast was $15 per adult, kids $9.99. Biscuits & waffles too hard & besides the powdered eggs, it was okay for something quick.

We arrived a little before check-in time but they allowed us to check-in. Room was clean and spacious. Staff seemed they had a bit of shortage in areas. Pool areas were great. Only thing we did not like was the breakfast.
