Apparently their non existent “policy” says that you can’t check in after 10pm AFTER you payed for your reservation or else it’ll given to a walk in. If I could give them zero stars to this place I would. You’re better off sleeping in your car on the side of the road then giving this place your money.

Staff helped with non functional TV remote control . Easy checkin and checkout process. Neighbors with loud TV into the wee hours were no one' s fault but theirs.

The bed in the room was sloping to one side, and customer service would not move me into another room with a bed that wasn’t broken. Very loud and can hear in each room next to me.

Area felt safe. Parking lot was well lit at night. Reception area was clean and simple. I was hesitate if our room was clean as there were still 2 towels hanging on bathroom door, we had to turn on the refrig (why it was completely off makes no sense) and the room was sprayed with something before we walked in. Kept door open to air out. Breakfast options were simple but good. Beds were comfortable. Wished walls were thicker as neighbor next door was coughing all night. Place was great location & for 1 night it was decent.

The inn was alright for a night. It was clean. There was a washroom stench that goes away when you turn the air conditioning until it's cold. The washroom is rather small, without much surface area for toiletries. I would not stay for more than a single night however. The continental breakfast was adequate, no bacon, sausages, or eggs, if you're expecting that. You really get what you pay for.

Had high hopes for this place because it looked decent in pictures but when I arrived i checked in and was greeted by the host who was extremely rude, place was dirty hotel room looked like it wasn’t cleaned before I got there thankfully I brought my own blankets and pillows, bugs were in the room and when I took a shower the water had a brown tint to it. Then I checked out and the staff called me accusing me of stealing there pillows. Why on earth would I steal the pillows they were terrible and dirty. Very unsatisfied with my stay to say the least

Room for improvement
This hotel does not deserve the 7.8 rating that it has. The property is older and in need of some updates. The desk chair fabric was ripped, the mattress was stained and the side chair fabric was frayed. The towels were small, thin and rough. The bathroom could have been cleaner. It wasn't the worst hotel I've been it, but it definitely has room for improvement.
