馬桶的坐墊都已經壞了,應該更換了 服務人員都非常親切友善 附近沒有什麼商店,只有看到流浪漢 所以早早回家旅館了!

The hotel is still recovering from COVID, restaurant and bar still closed, staffing limited. The hotel lobby was dim and seemed the air conditioning was not on, but the AC in my room was fine. Balcony not clean, lots of bird droppings.

The hotel was very disappointing and not as advertised. We didn't even have hot water for showers. I will never stay here again and would highly recommend no one does until they renovate the entire hotel!

The hotel needs major rehab. All restaurant and facilities within are closed. We stayed for one night and would not do it again.There was coffee machine, no water!! One single bittle. Wifi password did not work. The floors had crumbs and there were dead cockroaches .The bathrooms had no vents, the toilet flush ran improperly and had to fix it . The rooms are very dim , the comforter covers were clean but worn out and a bit torn. The only thing that was ok about this hotel , the beds were comfy.My worst experience just to save a few bucks. Pay extra and stay somewhere else.

Une catastrophe, hôtel à éviter…
Hôtel dans un état délabré, Radisson ferait mieux de le fermer. Propreté douteuse, mais le lit était propre. Tout à l’air usé, on dirait un hôtel fantôme. En gros, fuyez ça ne ressemble pas du tout à un Radisson comme on peut le voir habituellement.

Don't recommend staying here.
Very disappointing. None of the amenities were available - pool closed, restaurants closed, no housekeeping available - had to get our own towels, etc. Hotel is downtown in an area where many buildings are boarded up.

Road trip hotel horror
We walked into lobby which was hot and muggy, the lady at desk was very pleasant and helpful. How ever getting to our room we tried to keep an open mind but the room doors were all scratched up. Abs the room didn’t look clean at all. Their were cigarettes butts literally lined the balcony, there were questionable stains above the bed on picture, and the fridge was horrid smelling and stained. We left immediately I didn’t feel safe an wasn’t planing on having my two small children stay there!

Checked into the hotel all amenities were still closed. Was put into a room with AC not working. Had to switch rooms at midnight so my kids could sleep and stop sweating. Hotel was humid and disgusting

Filthy Hotel. Terrible Service
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I 1st was in a room that was filthy, drank water in the fridge, stains in an unmade bed. I moved rooms immediately. My next room while not as bad, was also not clean. I bring my own sanitizer wipes so not instead of hassle, just cleaned the room myself and the wipes came back filthy. Looked like house keeping merely skims over the room. Products were clearly from past guests left unused. This room also had no hot water. And I mean cold. But as I only had 2 days there and had already unpacked and cleansed my room. I mentioned the hot water to the front desk, but also mentioned I didnt want to move rooms again. I was extremely polite, even laughed about it. Said if it could be fixed, great if not, I'll survive. Moments later the General Manager called my room and barked at me that I couldn't stay in a room with no hot water, keys to a new were being brought up and she promptly hung up on me. Flabbergasted at her curt and rude call, I called back to explain I'd need time to pack AGAIN .She interrupted & spoke rudely to me and again hung up. Instead of apologizing in any way, she treated me like I had inconvenienced her and was being evicted. I was beyond kind and polite. Why the service was so abominable after such wretched room conditions I will never know. The girl who worked the front desk was the excellent and helpful. The General Manager was abhorrent. Rude. Curt. As disgusting as the room itself. Not even an apology

Restaurant, bar, pool and gym were closed because of Covid-19..i think we are past that by now. Our first room had a leak which woke me up at 3:43am we were moved to another room which was much nicer looking cleaner and bigger but shower water pressure was horrible and on top of tht No hot water. And lobby area was extremely hot. Staff was nice. Hotel needs a face-lift

Did not feel safe in this area. Even though there was security, this area of town did not feel safe at all. Couldn't control temperature in room, tub wouldn't drain, never saw cleaning staff, no ice. This building needs upgrades. Would not stay here again. But the front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Pictures online misleading
I booked this hotel because it was close to my daughter's wrestling event in the seland arena nearby. Price was reasonable and the photos online looked clean. Upon ariving we noticed the property looked run down and overal in need of a facelift. The room had stained walls, broken lamp fixtures so they would not turn on, bathroom had mold on the ceiling over the shower. Chairs in room should really be replaced or refurbished instead of having a slip put over them. The pool, restaurant/bar and gym have never reopened after covid... a very disappointing stay.

Bed was comfortable, it was quiet inside the room on the 8th floor, but the entire facility needs serious updating as the facility shows wear and tare. Pool, business center and restaurant were "closed due to Covid" REALLY??? That's sich a tired excuse for company not wanting to spend the money for upkeep and service as advertised, especially at this date after mandates were lifted. ALL staff were exceptionally nice and tried to make up for the facility. Helpful staff with good directions and suggested restaurants off-site. Really nice and tried to accommodate my needs. I feel sorry for them trying to uphold the property misgivings.
