Very Disappointed – Paid for a Room We Didn’t Even Get
We booked and paid in advance for a room with 2 queen beds and a pull-out couch to comfortably fit our family. When we arrived to check in, we were told that our room had been given away no explanation, no apology, nothing. Instead, we were stuck with a cheaper room that only had 1 king bed and a pull-out couch.
My husband had to sleep on the floor just so our kids could sleep in a bed. On top of that, we were charged the full price for the room we originally booked no refund or price adjustment for the downgrade.
This was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. We planned ahead, paid ahead, and still got treated like our reservation didn’t matter.
