The rental was very close to the beach and the boardwalk which was so nice. The unit was clean and had the essentials needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Jackie was very responsive and helpful. Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again if we come back to Hollywood Beach.

The Pearl was a good deal for the money overall. The biggest downfall for us was the fact that there is no on sight parking. We were there on a busy weekend and had to drive around forever waiting for a parking spot on the street to open up. It's great for being close to the beach and entertainment and food options. Did not have much of an outside sitting area except for the community front porch on the front of the building. We stayed in unit 8 and it was very clean except for the floor being a bit grimy near the kitchen area. The bed and pillows were super comfy, bathroom small but nice and had a big shower. We would probably stay there again but maybe not on a weekend.

Such a wonderful location. We walked to the beach and many great restaurants and shopping places. Perfect place to stay. We didn't have a car - we used Uber from the airport. Everything was clean and the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas, 2 nice beach towels. Can't beat the price for the location!

Very clean unit! Couldn’t be closer to the beach. One complaint would be with the T V watching situation. There were 2 large televisions but neither one had live programming. This can be annoying when staying for several days. Also there is really nowhere to hang or unpack your clothes. The unit itself is plenty big enough and comfortable.

The pictures with Ocean view are not exactly correct,although the boardwalk is really close. PAY attention to the extra FEE that is for cleaning. It is charged at the hotel. It was an added 30% to a 3 night stay. Very unpleasant surprise.

We have stayed at this property several times in the past. The rooms are getting run down. The in room AC seems to have stopped working. They replaced with window units. Very loud running !! The biggest thing they had going for it was the Million dollar view as you came out of the building onto the front porch over looking the Ocean. That has been replaced with using the backdoor only overlook brick walls & other run down properties.

We stayed at room 10. Clean property , comfortable bed, pillows, mattress. Dishes all you need. Tons of TV channels( we stayed in rain season:) umbrellas, chairs , towels for beach - huge plus!! Jackie so friendly, easy to work with, fast response. Definitely recommended!
