Very Great place to stay!
Florence - A great place to stay!!!!!!!! the location is extremely convenient, you can reach restaurants, shops and gelato places in 1 min. The room is so pretty, clean and spacious with a huge bed, big toilet, kitchen and living room. Also the staffs are so nice and friendly, they offered help to book restaurant and order flower before we arrived! Love this hotel so much!

地點非常好，態度友善
地點非常好，酒店職員非常耐心解答問題，整體舒適和整潔，有電梯。不過就是沒有餐廳的那種酒店，接待處也是早上九點至到晚上，其餘時間沒有人。

硬件很好
住这里总体感觉不错，交通不过比较便利，服务也很好，最关键的是硬件相当好，绝对是上档次的，比之以前希尔顿还要好。但它的前台边上的增值服务不是很好，只会推销各个门票，还要加钱，有一点点像国内的旅游服务。这次对法国很失望除了这家酒店

Great friendly welcome by helpful enthusiastic staff. Good recommendations for cafes etc. Fantastic central location close to everything with lovely view over piazza. The rooms are spacious. Lots of stairs get to rooms but there is a small lift. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb hotel - highly recommend!
Had a really lovely stay. Everything was just wonderful at the hotel. We stayed in the 2 bedroom penthouse. Very comfortable beds, spacious apartment with large outdoor area. Fantastic location. Fulvoi was extremely helpful and provided us information before and after we arrived. Will definitely stay again when next in Florence.

El hotel está increíble! Justo en el medio de todo lo que tienes que visitar en Florencia! El espacio de la habitación es increíble, con su pequeño comedor y cocineta, el baño también es muy amplio y la cama súper cómoda! Nos dieron un upgrade a una habitación con vista a la plaza donde está el castillo del Puente Viejo y eso fue maravilloso!! Todo nos quedó a corta distancia y hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas alrededor! Fulvio siempre estuvo súper atento y en contacto por mensaje y fue perfecto! EXCELENTE ALOJAMIENTO, no duden en reservar!!!

Fantastic!!! You need to stay here! Clean, spacious, quiet even though it’s in the middle of a busy square. Staff is wonderful, too. My dad accidentally left his coat & they set us up with a company to have it shipped back to him. If I ever make it back to Florence, I’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks again, Fulvio & Laura.

Extremely kind staff. Recommend the best gelato and food spots in the area. This hotels location is perfect if you’re looking for good shopping, restaurants and close to absolutely everything. It was our favourite stay so far on our trip. Room was huge, clean and came with a soaker tub which we loved. We will be staying here again :)

This is in a prime location to Piazza Signoria, Uffizi gallery, Pitti palace, the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio ….and the academia so what more needs to be said! The facility was clean and well maintained. Our only concern was with fellow guests who did not close the elevator door and got it stuck on higher floors. Very good option of seeing all of the main sites in Florence is your goal.

Location was perfect, near Ufizi Gallery, short walk to the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. We had a bit of a hiccup driving there when we cam upon a barrier so we had to call the Relais to have the garage come and drive us in. They in turn take the car to the garage. We had a first hand view of the Piazza from our room and when the windows were closed it was sound proof at night. The staff was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants. We found a great little place Cacio & Pepe a few streets from the Piazza.

The property is located right in the middle of the historic center thus very convenient for walking to the main attractions. The apartment was spacious, the beds very comfortable and you could not hear any noise. We will come back next time we are in Florence.
