The staff were wonderful, helpful, and amazing. This property appears to be a work in progress with great efforts made to rehab it from a prior state. It was cleaner than I expected and quieter than I expected even though it was full to capacity. Shout out to Michael at the desk for service above and beyond.

the hallways were dirty, there was garbage everywhere, it took a long time to get the room and it appeared they had overbooked. the room itself was clean and comfortable. fire alarm went off in the middle of the night twice. will not stay here again.

Arrived and no one at the front desk. Sign said they were full but I already paid for a room. I called the number at the front desk sign, no one answered. Had to find another place to stay and could not get a refund. Don't book this hotel. You will lose your money

There was no one available at the front desk and there was a sign posted that said my reservation had been canceled and they apologize for any inconvenience. Since I arrived at about 9:15 p.m. I had no place to stay overnight and had to find another place. They had a telephone number for you to call if you arrived when the desk was closed however no one answered that phone. I ended up staying at another hotel 15 miles away.

Room was clean. Heat/AC worked well. Bed was decent. No toiletries. Kitchen has nothing in it. No cooking utensils,eating utensils........nothing! This hotel is badly in need of updating. Very short staffed. Rarely saw anyone at the front desk. However the price of the stay was half of any of the surrounding properties (and there's many)! There is a Super Walmart across the street for anything you might need. If you're on a super tight budget this hotel just might fit your needs.

Problems began at checkin: I was given keys and went to the room number on my folio card, only to find out there were already guests in that room. My friends had to wait while someone went to see if their assigned room had in fact been cleaned. Mind you, this is after 5pm. I finally got a room and while it was clean and well maintained, there were zero amenities. Luckily I was traveling with all I needed. My friends went to the desk to get what they needed. There is a good amount of litter in the parking lot. It's evident this property houses those who need formal shelter, and it's unfortunate they treat the grounds as they do.

The manager left for the day with 6 people waiting to be checked in. They had a new system and check in was lengthy. We stood waiting to be checked in over an hour. The clerk Jonae was very good and kept her cool. The room was clean, but not the room I reserved. I asked for 2 queens, I got 2 fulls with a kitchenette. The beds were small for 4 adults.

Switch to three different rooms. None of the rooms are fully ready showers don’t work air air-conditioning. Don’t work Internet doesn’t work. Phone does not work. They don’t offer a toilet paper. It’s literally just a room.

This was absolutely terrible. No staff on site whatsoever for check in. We waited for too long before we decided to take business elsewhere. Tried to call to speak to someone and nobody has called me back yet. NEVER recommending this place - very disorganized and unprofessional. We want our money back because we didn’t even have the option to check in.
