Good service. Even although I can’t check in by 3pm but the manger offer me a nice afternoon tea with whole set. Will definitely come back to stay again.

Great waterfront and merloin just at the doorstep, 150m away. If fit, Walk to garden by the bay in the heat, 1.5 km. Hotel facility is great a with good a la cart and buffet breakfast. Disappointed with check in that waited an hour to have the room ready (4pm). Room should be ready if check out is 12 midday.

整體上是很棒的住宿經驗。 有超級美的海灣景色，飯店本身的硬體設施也超有品味，超好睡的床，BV的沐浴用品..... 唯獨住一兩天是還好，如果住超過三天的話，飯店提供的早餐會讓你覺得菜色變化不足，這是唯一美中不足的地方。

Staffs are efficient and helpful, attentive. House keeping manintain the room neat and tidy and feel comfortable to stay. Surprised birthday cake was provided by the hotel and it's memorable.

I had a business travel to Singapore in Mid. October and also arranged a private tour with my husband. We enjoyed a great time in Fullerton bay. Their service gives us the feel-like-home atmosphere, including the check-in procedure, the breakfast and room service.Highly recommended their New cell phone HANDY service. We can call local numbers and international numbers and link to internet freely during 4-days tour in SG!

Great hotel in a convenient location
Hotel is near the marina bay right across from marina bay sands. This hotel is superb! Get a room that's facing the marina bay sands! Most of the attractions are within walking distance. The music is a bit loud though at night but it doesn't bother us. If this hotel is in your budget, go for it. I will go to this hotel again if I am visiting Singapore!

超棒的! 果真是五星期的飯店。服務品質很好，房間狀況整齊清潔。用的是BVLGARI 的盥洗用品，BOSS的音響，Nescafe的咖啡機。床軟硬度剛剛好而且可以選擇自己洗歡的枕頭硬度。電動的落地窗廉打開就是海灣! 可惜只有5-6層樓(不高)，頂樓泳池只開到10:00 (我們玩到晚上就沒法去游了啊~~)

I was impressed by the high-end furniture and amenities, the well-stocked minibar and fruit, and the functional curtain and lighting controls. I was also thrilled to be given priority access to the bay view seats at the Lantern Bar. The breakfast menu at La Brasserie was more sophisticated than I expected. All the staff, from the doorman to the front desk, were super professional.

There were 2 occasions whereby the housekeeping staff entered the room while my family and I were in the room. I’ve always thought the usual practice was for them to knock on the door and only enter when guests are not in or when we request for the room to be clean. But my Do Not Disturb sign was on, and the housekeeping staff just entered the room, and upon seeing us closed the door.

It’s very difficult to find any fault with this hotel. The staff is outstanding and they seem to anticipate your needs. While you should expect food prices to be high, I felt in some instances it was a bit overboard. A cheeseburger, can of coke and a single espresso came to Sing $ 71.00, US $ 52.00. Otherwise I only can praise this hotel.

Cuatomer service was amazing at this hotel, they really go above and beyond. Would have liked a spa at the hotel but it was at neighboring property and dated, otherwise everything else was absolutely amazing and really felt like 5 star hotel luxury experience. Kudos to the staff!!!

I treated myself and stayed at Fullerton Bay and am glad I did. The location is perfect. My suite was amazing. I used the pool daily and in the evening sat on the roof deck relaxing. I used the gym twice. The breakfast was awesome. The staff so lovely. A beautiful property.
