Leider sehr schlechtes wlan in den Zimmern. Aufrund der nähe zum Flughafen teilweise Flugzeuglärm.

Mixed experience
The staff was very friendly and the room looked nice, but the bathroom floor was grimy, the carpet needed cleaning and the WiFi only worked half of the time—and when it did, it was extraordinarily slow.

We had a problem with parking our car on the street and no one was really willing to help . The garden and pool area were run down and the general feeling was not satisfactory ...

We humbly apologize for not be able to accommodate your car in our garages as the vehicle was higher than what the design of the garage entry could accommodate. I am saddened to hear that the feeling unsatisfactory, please note that this is not the standard we pride ourselves in. Once again, I would like to humbly apologize for our shortcomings and I do however hope that we get the chance to welcome you back should your travels bring you back to Port Elizabeth.

Another great experience at the Windermere!
The Windermere is a lovely hotel and very comfortable. There's not a lot to do in Port Elizabeth, but the Windermere is in a good location to be able to walk to restaurants, and just lounging at the hotel pool after working all day is very nice too!

Sommarhems känsla!
Det var som att komma hem, endast 10 rum, fina och stora! Personalen var proffsiga och trevliga. Vi är så glada att vi hittade just detta boende. Istället för att lägga pengar på tex en sommarstuga skulle jag lätt åka tillbaka och bo fler nätter än denna vistelse (5st)! Kan verkligen rekommenderas.

In need of staff training.
Musty room. Stained toilet seat. Broken shelf in shower. Lack of stock in bar. Very very slow service if you could find someone. Lack of communication about the hotel. Horrible free internet jazz on a loop. Nice garden area but disappointed for a mantis. Overflowing cigarettes in an ashtray on a balcony. Staff walk past when your pulling your bag! I could go on....
