The Dining options around town were terrible everything was closed or not open until the weekend. I wouldn’t go there again. The room we had was really nice and the owner was a husband and wife they were awesome and so was the room. There just wasn’t any places to get a nice dinner on Monday or Tuesday when we were there only go Friday Saturday when more places are open. V.Lafranchi

Thanks for the review. So glad you liked the room. We enjoyed meeting you. Our on-site restaurant serves dinner Wednesday- Saturday starting at 5pm. We have a selection of steaks, pastas, burgers, and salads. Traveling up to the mountains early in the week, dinner restaurants on a are 30 - 60 minutes away. Dining options Sunday-Tuesday are limited to local sandwich shops. The area's small businesses plan for the weekend demand. Life in a small town, can be very different than urban areas, but our natural areas are exceptional. hope you'll consider coming again, just later in the week.

It is very clean and comfortable. It is not exactly handicapped friendly. No elevator and only one handicap parking space. It affords the basics. Small kitchenette stocked with fixings for coffee(no tea). Grab and go muffins, bananas and granola bars available in the reception area.

Hotel Dushore is very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our needs for the night. The only complaint is that the TV doesn't offer premium or pay-per-view movies, so you can only watch what is currently playing on the cable stations. My daughter and I were excited to kick back and watch a movie after a full day of hiking in Ricketts Glen, but we were disappointed that there was nothing on worth watching. We ended up watching a Netflix movie on my ipad instead. Recommend that the hotel invests in smart TV's or at least a pay-per-view option.

Great Stay at a Wonderful Hotel
Beautifully remodeled, this wonderful hotel was a great home base for our trip. The room was immaculate and up-to-date with excellent accommodations. Staff was extremely friendly as well. I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend staying here when up in this beautiful area.

We enjoyed our recent stay property and rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. After a full day of hiking the hot shower, delicious meal & drinks at the restaurant along with a comfy bed were just what we needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will stay again if I find myself in the area.

Room was spacious and very comfortable. Included a small kitchenette. Fitness room was an added bonus and the onsite restaurant was wonderful, as there are not a lot of dining choices in the greater area. The location is close to state parks, which numerous hiking trails and waterfalls. We will be back!

Amazing stay. The room was very spacious and clean. We felt very comfortable, and really enjoyed our time In Dushore. The location is great because it’s convenient to both Worlds End and Ricketts Glen state parks, and there are a couple good places to grab breakfast and lunch in walking distance. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Beautiful area with prime fall colors ... quick drive to the magnificent “Falls Trail”. 7.2 miles starting at Hwy 118 trailhead. Can’t remember so many waterfalls in one hike with an old growth forest area as well. Lodging perfect location, very clean, classy brick building.

Welcoming and comfortable
My fiance and I recently had a two night stay at the Hotel Harrington. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable after our long hikes! Entire staff was friendly and accommodating and knew us by first names after our initial check in. Staff even checked in with us when coming and going to make sure our room was everything we were expecting and to make sure there was nothing we needed. It made us feel very welcomed and comfortable staying in such a small town. We will definitely be staying here again should we ever plan another hiking trip to the surrounding area!

My husband and I had planned to camp at a nearby state park but they were at capacity, Hotel Harrington was a serendipitous find ! This locally owned and run establishment is a gem; Hospitality, quality and excellence in all they do. The town of Dushore is a quaint area with several local eateries (Jolly Trolley and Pam's Restaurant are excellence for breakfast and limch). However, don't miss the hotel's restaurant 220 House for dinner. Its easily the best for MILES! We had delicious meals on a outdoor patio both nights. We would defintely return here for future trips.

Great and clean stay near ricketts Glen State Park for hiking. Also haystacks trail just down the road. Was concerned about traveling during Covid and this hotel eases that with good cleanliness and clear attention to detail. Will be staying here again.

This hotel exceeded any expectations. We had a double king suite and it was one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in. The room was huge, the beds extremely comfortable and everything was spotless. The owners were very nice and helpful and telhe restaurant connected to the hotel was delicious. We were warmly welcomed to this beautiful establishment. Staff on top of their game not only with comforts but with the current Covid 19 situation. My Family was very happy with their restaurant right on the property. Plus you can walk to a store or so if necessary. Would stay there again and again if I was in the area. Nice to have a family run place right near the several state parks.

The owners were wonderful. The rooms were as big or bigger than almost all the paces we have stayed. Cleaner than any I have stayed in. The restaurant had great food. If this is the area you want to use as a jump off spot to all the surrounding hiking and outdoor activities, this is the pace to stay.
