There was nothing one could complain about. The staff were on the ball, very friendly and helpful. Vey conversant with the amenities in the area. Highly recommend this hotel as the staff make it a better place than most.

Really friendly helpful staff,fresh clean rooms , nice decor rooms & hotel.Great to have large bar, enjoyed live band & entertainment.Had food in Handy parking on site.

Good Location
A friendly hotel in a good central location in Letterkenny. The adjoining restaurant called Warehouse, served excellent food and had a great atmosphere. Our room was not so good and smelt of smoke and we probably should have asked to be moved.

Very comfortable beds & air conditioning… ideal for the heatwave . We will plan to stay again before the summer is over. Child friendly/ clean / good reception generally . But ….. we had to park off site on a nearby road . Car park only takes 20 cars tops

Weekend stay
All was fine until on entry to the hotel after dinner and a few drinks in a different establishment we were waiting at the lift to get to our room when a very aggresive employee came and and demanded we go back down to reception,I asked what the problem was and he became more aggresive and threatened to kick us out of the hotel so we went downstairs where he told us there had been a noise complaint & accused us of knocking on doors, I couldnt believe my ears we literally just walked into hotel soaking wet as we couldnt get a taxi and we were accussed of this,We told him it couldnt possibly be us he told us to go back to our room with not so much as an apology, I told the lady at reception upon check out and she couldnt belive it and said she would look into it for us. Amazing hotel and great location but this definitely put a dampener on things for us

Our stay was lovely room was very clean we booked a table & nothing too much trouble the service was great & had the best night sleep so comfy would definitely stay here again.

Quick stop along the Wild Atlantic Way
Excellent location right in the centre of town with plenty of parking both outside the hotel at the back and in the underground carpark which was very useful. Quick and easy check in. Room was very clean and spacious.

Noise was an issue. Noise from the corridor at night, from the adjacent rooms and most of all from demolition/building works which started early and went on loudly through the day. No mention was made of this when booking or at check-in. Hotel location, comfortable bed, black-out curtains and general condition of the room were good points. Small tv in an odd position was a minor downpoint.

Noisy and Dusty
The room was spacious and large enough. Good location, it was in the middle of the main street. However, the air conditioning in our room did not work so we were roasting through the night. The towels were full of dust and the bathroom was also very dusty. It felt like the room wasnt cleaned for a long time. It was EXTREMELY noisy at 6-7am in the morning when the bin man was taking their rubbish and there were motorbike gangs outside so it just sounded like thunder. Then after that there was delivery of crates and all we could hear was staff screaming at each other.
