many arrangement problems make the new and comfortable hotel degrade. downside: 1. no menu for room service in room 2. no slipper in room 3. cold and bored breakfast arrangement 4. 512Kbps or below speed of rubbish wifi is offered 5. the digital lock of a safe box with digital bugs is arranged to me 6. only arrange one brush tool for a couple in my room in few days 7. only one small tooth paste is arranged for a couple for one night and morning use. really not enough to use 8. silly design of the shower place. water easily go out to the floor during showering 9. rubbish TV shows with no english channels for tourists from oversea bright side: 1. friendly and helpful services provided by front desk support and 13/f dinning waitors 2. facilities are new 3. fresh juice in morning breakfast are really good

The location to conference centre was good. It would be good to gave internal access to the centre

Hotel is not comfortable .. i carried my baggage nobody help
