This place probably deserves a better rating than I am giving it. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. That being said, I was not happy with my stay. Upon check in, I reserved a spot on the 9am airport shuttle for the next day. After carrying our bags to the room, we decided that the 8 am shuttle would be better. I went back to the lobby and changed our reservation to the earlier shuttle. The next morning, we discovered that the desk attendant did not schedule us for ANY shuttle, and they were all full by then, forcing me to use Uber to get to the airport on time. The complimentary airport shuttle was the only reason I booked with Candlewood to begin with so, needless to say, I was very disappointed. The hotel was great. The front desk help was not. I won’t make the same mistake again.
