Private beach access and two giant pools, with a spacious room and garden area. The only issue was the bathroom had a glass wall into the bedroom, and although a screen came down for the toilet and bathtub, the door was exposed. The only place I’ve ever stayed that had two toilets.

The staff at this resort were absolutely amazing. The rooms themselves have been Renovated and are very nice. The exterior however is very dated and needs significant maintenance work. The roof and gutters leak very badly.

A very large beachside property of rooms and villas. The beach is excellent with patrolled swimming, shaded beach lounges and a shower on the boardwalk out front of the hotel’s pool, bar and garden restaurant.

While some of the facilities could use an update, the 5star service was incredible! Every staff was friendly and kind. The room was large and cleaned nicely everyday.

Felt very isolated and not overly welcome. All of the advertising for the resort has two restaurants however only 1 open for lunch and dinner, the other for breakfast only. Food choices limited, resort was fairly well deserted and felt a bit weird. Great if you want an isolation style experience, not really our thing.

Great Architecture
Loved the architecture!! Especially at the reception, bar, restaurant. Service was excellent, friendly and quick. Beach was beautiful. Property is quiet. TV had a lot of English channels as well as some Korean, Japanese, French and German channels. I would come back to Vietnam just to stay at Sandy Beach Non Nuoc Resort. Knowing what I know now, I would stay at this resort and take day trips to Hue and Hoi An.

peaceful new year holidays
We stayed at bungalow for 2 nights. Room was clean and comfortable, hot water has ran out after 1 time shower.Very peaceful private beach. Staff are friendly and always offer their support to us in calling taxi etc. we had dinner for Thai food, it could be better. Breakfast is above average and staff work hard to ensure fill up food.

Lovely resort!
It was our first time in Vietnam and our first impression of the country was the welcoming smile of the sweet receptionist. We loved the hospitality of the staff and the beauty of the resort! We enjoyed high quality rest, with privacy and quiet surroundings, far away from the world yet connected by a multi language television. Certainly we would love to be back again.

It’s a great resort located on the beach. Unfortunately for us, the weather was rainy and very windy and the resort is quite exposed. The gym was one of the best I have seen so far for a hotel.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone here (from the reception desk to dining service) went above and beyond to meet your needs! They helped us book tours and catered to our every need. The drivers on all three of our tours were extremely helpful and honest. We loved that they recommended popular attractions to fit into our schedule. The hotel even reimbursed us on the total cost because they received a discount on our bookings so they passed it on to us. The only thing I thought needed was the rooms. They could use some updating as the buildings and interiors are a bit old and tend to look like outdated apartments rather than hotel rooms.

Overall the stay is very pleasant. Staff are very helpful attentive to you, helping with your luggages and requests.. The resort is not the new modern place. Some things definitely can be better like the rainshower pressure is not strong, so not much use, some items are quite old and has stains to it. The beach is peaceful and quiet if you are looking for hideout place from the crowd or city. Breakfast buffet spread was ok but bit boring as the spread is the same every day. Information on the website on airport pick up and what the staff told me was different. Also on late check out, as what i was shared during my check in i may stay in till 3pm if there is no other booming of the room, but i asked the staff again a day prior to my check out she (Superior, Yen) told me i can only stay till latest 1pm. She seems to have a little attitude problem as she isnt as smiley and i caught her rolling her eyes at another guest. Dang, on the other hand was very helpful! He ensure the postcards i passed him the day before is handle with care and is sent out timely. As he assists me during my check out, he explained the details thoroughly and the process is smooth!

Toothbrush wasn't provided on first day till requesyed. Complimentary water was not replaced on second day till requested. Reception staff Ms Duong was smiley and helpful. Room was reasonably clean, but noise from fridge and aircond ruined the sleep. Order In-room dinner at The World counter on the first day. Staff called probably the chef to change spaghetti bolognaise to chicken. Looking angry in the call. Unfriendly. The food was awesome. Had lunch at The World again upon checkout. Ordered 3 main dishes. Only 1 came and the other 2 still didn't come after 45mins. Unsatisfied customer. Not coming back here.
