I have booked two rooms through expedia. One of them smelled like cigarette smoke everywhere, even though we had requested non-smoking room. The staff have provided air-purifier for us and the smell improved afterwards. The facilities and service are good overall.

We are so happy to have the room upgrade! Really unexpectedly large suite and with balcony. The pools are good for kids. Outdoor pools but one with warm pool water, so even under rain we still can play there without worrying too cold. The hotel is clean, neat, quiet. All staff are attentive, nice and helpful. The only disappointing thing was the lobby is under renovation and so we couldn't enjoy and take photo of the nice main lounge area nor the curved staircases in the lobby.

超乎預期的五星級酒店
服務非常卓越的五星級酒店，房務人員十分細心，所有物品都擺放得非常整齊，角度每天都不差，整理桌面也絲毫不馬虎，手機線、電腦線、課本..都整理得整齊無比！房間清潔度、舒適度非常優秀。CI當天還幫我們升等到高樓層，可以看到巴黎鐵塔的房。經過大廳也總有人協助或是詢問是否需要幫忙？不論是要寄放行李、搭車、問路，都可以得到很好的答案。感謝給我們一個美好的假期回憶。Thanks Lanang a lot!
