Heated towels and heated commode seats were such a surprise and nice touch! We arrived on June 17 and stayed in the Charles Dickens Suite! We were celebrating my 76 the birthday. My sister and her husband shared the room and I got the alcove with the twin bed! On June 30, we came back and stayed for the 52nd anniversary of my sister and her husband! We stayed in the very same suite! The breakfast vouchers was such a wonderful treat! We will be coming back to Colorado next summer and I fly into Colorado Springs from Texas! It is our hope to stay with you again! We loved Manitou Springs and the Cliff House! We loved it! We had one small glitch that our keys would NOT work. Have going back to the desk two more times, a kind young man came with a “real key” that we had to use. Then, a small mix up with our luggage after we valeted. After two hours, we finally got our luggage and were able to make our 5:30 dinner reservations. It would have been nice to have had our parking compensated for the inconvenience. But, this will not stop us for coming again next year! It bespeaks volumes for your establishment for us to stay twice in 17 days! We all agreed that we wanted to go back to the Cliff House!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cliff House and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, The room itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. It was clear that the hotel staff take great pride in maintaining their facilities to the highest standards. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable experience!

Great stay. The room was lovely. We had issues with both the spa tub and the steam shower. The staff kindly removed our valet fee to help cover the issue. Food onsite was wonderful.

I love the beautiful rooms and lovingly preserved building. Every step in the cliff house was like a walk through time. The front access garden was beautiful and unique; it felt like you would discover faeries in the flowers. There were only 2 issues i had if you could call them that. The electric sockets were the loosest I'd ever used. The parking situation felt like a hold up either i paid 3 dollars an hour to park on the narrow street or 20 dollars a day for valet garage parking. Valet was cheaper. The hotel has close access to walkable shops and entertainment.

Our stay for two nights was excellent!! From our room to having three delicious meals in the dining room and on the veranda. Geoffrey did a marvelous job! Valet service was excellent also, especially having Matthew! Everyone was very friendly, polite and kind!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!

Amazing property located just off the main strip in old Manitou Springs. From the staff to the decor, I had the best experience here while on a two week trip to Colorado. If it’s available, stay in the Buffalo Bill suite. It’s the coolest themed room I’ve ever seen.

The property has a great location and is extremely walkable, right in the middle of town, but off the main drag, and very close to everything. It has easy and reasonably priced valet parking which is a plus in the touristy town where parking is sometimes a bit challenging. The hotel is comfortable with a nice staff. I would stay there again without hesitation.
