When you pay $260 a night for a room, you think you'd be able to sleep soundly without hearing your obnoxious neighbors through a paper-thin wall. We were woken up multiple times during our two night stay by the people in the room next door.
I left my wallet at the front desk (my bad). However, the staff member, despite knowing what room I was in, didn't call the room to tell me she had it. When I discovered I was without my wallet in the morning, I called the front desk and they told me they didn't have it, which led to a stressful 30 minutes of tearing all of our bags and the car apart to find it. I went back to the front desk, and a different staff member opened a drawer and found my wallet. This would have been so much easier if either one of the two I'd dealt with before were competent.
The room itself was nothing special. The carpet in the hallway had tears in it. We won't be back.
