莊園式的環境 綠意盎然 安靜舒適 第一次看到酒店裡附設教堂 雖然不是教徒 但仍感覺非常特別 早餐比起其他海地酒店 算是豐富了

Honeymoon
The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The management team is the best I’ve seen at any location I’ve vacationed before. The honeymoon room was set up with rose pedals, kissing doves and wine. Also, now with covid testing requirements to renter into the USA, they have a partnership with a medical clinic that comes to the hotel for rapid testing. I had NO problems at the airport boarding my plane. Did I mention...some of the BEST Haitian food I’ve ever eaten?

It’s was a very nice experience at Auberge Vila Cana. The room , staff, breakfast and security were fine. I appreciate the fact that everywhere you go in the property the security team is always there. I recommend Auberge Vila Cana to anyone who wants to visit the country/ Cape Haïtien. The yard is beautiful, fruits and trees are surrounding the building. They kept the yard clean at all times.

It was hard for them to see my reservation I made on hotel.com. I was almost lose the money.My room wasn’t clean the way he should be , the rooms didn’t have AC during the day . They just give you AC at the beginning of the night and cut it off in the middle of the night. That was terrible I couldn’t sleep at all.but the property is really beautiful and quiet.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The pool was under construction. The A/C only worked for one hour at night so the room was hot. There was no hot water. The refrigerator wasn't working. We discovered later that the outlet is was plugged into didn't work. Half of the lightbulbs needed replacing. Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. And, the restaurant only had three items available on the menu.

The property itself is beautiful but the service and staff dont care one bit for the guests. I had to change to a different room for the first 4 days i was there!! 4 different rooms had every issue imaginable! Do not stay here!!

I liked the fresh air. Some of the stuffs where very friendly and helpful. What i didn't like was the pool is close for everyone at 7pm . The employees at the front desk they are miss communication everytime. The pool shouldn't close that early for customers who's inside the hotel . It should close for the public.

the only thing that interested me during my days in this hotel was a girl who drew my attention. and this girl was unique to my eyes. and also the bar staff kendy and daniel. if one day I decide to spend one of this day in this hotel it is only if this girl is always working in this hotel.

At check in our room was dirty, their was Cockroach and trash in the room. And on the of check out we missed our flight cause there was no driver available to bring us to the airport.

Quiet repose, away from all the hubub on the street. Spacious, shaded, with two pools, and gym. Outdoor restaurant is clean, awesome breakfast buffet, and every meal I had was delicious. Staff is very courteous.

Villa Cana
The grounds of Villa Cana are very beautiful. I love the fact the you can see a peacock and chickens walking around the hotel. The grounds are very well maintained. The hotel has about two pools and a playground. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The free breakfast that the hotel provides is pretty decent. The rooms are clean but very mediocre and outdated. In the room I was in, I was only provided one towel which was very dirty and the ac unit ended up leaking water and wetting my clothes. So, I ending up getting moved to another room which I didn’t like because the bathroom had mold in the shower. In one the the pools, the tiles are broken. I was afraid to get in because I didn’t want to get cut. Overall my stay was ok. I won’t book with them again because they’re better hotel in Cap Haitien.

The Villa Cana is a beautiful hotel which is rich in culture and nestled amongst a gorgeous landscape. Waking up every morning to the sight of mountains, beautiful trees, and natural wildlife was truly a treat. There were two pools at the Villa Cana, both surrounded by plants, trees, and a stunning view of surrounding mountains. The restaurant in the hotel was great and the hotel staff was exceptional and extremely helpful. I look forward to coming here again!

Decent hotel in Haiti
I have stayed here a few times and overall it is an okay hotel to stay at considering what your options are. I just think it is way overpriced. I had to switch rooms when I first got there because of no running water. The second room had no running water in the kitchen sink. Rooms are clean and pools are nice.

Nice hotel, great for kids
Overall the experience was great. Will recommend mainly for family with kids. The room was clean, spacious and nice, well decorated. We had some issue with the water in the shower, but the staff repaired it promptly. The rooms are equiped with a fridge but there is no microwave nor coffee maker. In the bathroom there is a shower but no tub. The pools: both are nice but the water wasn't really clear which probably mean lack of cleaning. There is a playground area close to one of the pool which the kids really enjoyed. Going from the pool to the playground. The garden: Garden are really beautiful, well maintained. The breakfast buffet: it was good but not wow. The basics eggs, potatoes, fruits... But sometimes the fruit and salad weren't fresh. The bar: don't even bother go there if you want to try a cocktail they have nothing, only beer, rhum and scotch. The staff: need to improve training. Overall they are nice but not really professionnal. The environment: If you are looking for quietness, think twice. They have a DJ near the kids pool who is playing a LOUUUUUDDD music from 10ham till night. Ask them to lower the volume and was being told by a staff member that there is other people in the pool. Ask the DJ a second time, lower the volume for a while and then raised it again, had to change pool. The music can be hear from my room, had to ask the front management to do something. Tomorrow it was the same loud music near the pool and in my room.

Staff was very helpful and friendly to make our stay a delight. The restaurant onsite had the friendliest staff ever. Very attentive and even went the extra mile to assist in many wonderful meals at the resort.
