I was very disappointed that the hotel staff tried to charge me an extra $10.95 per night “marketing fee”, which they claimed was from Expedia. When I asked what that was, they couldn’t clearly explain—just said it was a fee Expedia required. I checked my confirmation email and found no mention of this fee anywhere. I’ve booked other hotels on this same trip through Expedia (totaling around $2,700) and none of them charged anything like this. If these hidden fees continue, I’ll seriously reconsider using Expedia in the future. This felt misleading and unfair.

Room was $544 a night for a premium room with a view. I consider it a basic room. Nothing fancy at all. My shower drained very slowly. Hotel charges $10 a night for parking. Definitely not worth the money I paid. I would’ve rather stayed in the hostel across the room. Staff was ok.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to Banff and sites around the area. The street has a ton of dining and shopping options. The one con would be the parking situation. The spaces are tiny and regular sized SUVs barely fit within the lines. Additionally, some other guests don't respect the lines and parked in multiple spaces, leaving other guests to park far away.

I accidentally booked a room that does not allow dogs, even though the hotel does. I also required an early check-in as we were attending a wedding at the same time as the usual check-in. The front staff were able to quickly swap rooms for me and provide the early check-in so we could make it to the wedding on time.

It was one of the best experiences from our trip. The location is super convenient—easy access to Hwy 1, close to Main Street, and surrounded by dining options. The rooms were clean and comfortable (only one day the room wasn’t cleaned, but that might’ve been because we came back early). Beds were nice, and we really appreciated the parking—especially with a patio room on the first floor where we could park right in front. That was so convenient. We absolutely loved the hot tub and pool—didn’t even bother going to the hot springs because the quiet, relaxing hot tub here was perfect for us. Breakfast isn’t included, but it was still really good. Staff were super friendly and even gave us a small discount on our second reservation, which was a nice touch. Overall, highly recommend if you’re looking for a hotel in a convenient and comfortable area.

Just got back from a 3 day stay at this property. It's a lovely clean hotel and the property is beautiful and well maintained with a nice sized pool and hot tub on site. Was disappointed however that we were offered two expedia gift vouchers for two drinks at their hotel restaurant -however when I ordered a virgin mojito with my dinner, the waitress said the voucher would not apply unless we ordered alcohol /spirits. Since we do not drink alcohol, I ended up giving our vouchers to a couple at the next table - very disappointing.
