Very hard communicating with property manager to gain entrance after 8:30 PM; then dimly lit in building interior. Room was decent and served the purpose. Didn’t know elevator was operative until I heard it from inside room. Very hard to climb stairs with luggage; no handrails. Location near ship dock is a draw.

Läget är bra och centralt. Rummet vi fick var dock litet. Tight med space och ingenstans och lägga större bagage. Fick ingen hjälp eller info av den ansvariga för boendet fick själv skriva flera gånger om vad som gäller vid incheckning, utcheckning, taxes och så vidare

Ottima posizione, struttura non all'altezza

Hotel in ottima posizione. Le foto non rispecchiano a pieno la stanza. All'arrivo alla reception non ci ha accolto nessuno e durante il soggiorno non c'era mai nessuno presente. La stanza ci è stata consegnata in ritardo rispetto all'orario stabilito e non venivano effettuate giornalmente le pulizie.

The Expedia website stated that check-in was 2pm to 6pm only as no reception desk. We arrived at 2:10 pm there was no one there. I had to phone them, they said that the check in was actually after 3pm. This made things difficult as parking in the area is very difficult. Eventually I got them to come at 2:45. The room was then not ready. I had chosen this accommodation as it said free parking was nearby. The gentleman that met me at the property said that was wrong, there was no free parking in the area. After waiting in one of the car parks we did get pay parking but this took time. We had paid for breakfast, I do not recommend this as breakfast was 1 cup of coffee or tea and a dry cheese and ham sandwich. The rooms were in a good location but I think you can find better close by for the price.

fantastic location

Great location on the marina front with lots of shops and cafés within metres of the front door. Building is in a 'tired' condition, but otherwise fine. Our room was at the front of the building which meant that there was quite a lot of traffic noise early on during weekdays, but amazingly quiet at weekend. The owner and room service assistants were helpful and weren't too fussed about us being a bit late for our check out. Parking our hire car was a bit of an issue initially, since there is no designated parking as the description infers. At first we paid for parking directly across the road (free between 20:00 and 09:00 - if you can get a space!) But later opted to park down Viable Cristoforo Colombo, a 5 minute walk away, for free. Loads of great beaches within an hour's drive which were very quiet in October.

Chambre charmante

Logement très bien situé. Chambre très confortable. L'hôtesse était charmante, elle a su nous renseigner sur les restaurants et a même fait la réservation du restaurant pour nous. Un petit bémol sur le manque de luminosité : la fenêtre donne sur une cour intérieure avec des équipements techniques donc un volet cache cette fenêtre. Si vous vous promenez toute la journée et que vous revenez à la nuit tombée, cela n'est pas gênant.
