Overall not pleasant experience the best thing about the hotel was one of the front desk women who checked us in ( I believe she was 2nd shift). The elevator doesn’t work without a worker operating it for you, the room tv was going out, the room wasn’t properly cleaned. Besides the one lady at the front desk I wish I would had got her name because she did the best she could without an attitude, overall wouldn’t stay at this location again.

No soap other than body wash in the bathroom- HVAC was insanely loud Pool smelled of mold- didn’t bother getting in Shower was a walk in with no lip, curtain was about 3 inches short- water got on the floor No hairdryer but 2 shower caps and an iron/ironing board

First, no working elevators. Second, the room was barely clean at best. The mattress protector was soiled with what looked like blood in two spots and seman in another spot. The room had no fridge, hair dryer, or iron. We asked to move rooms, which would cost us an upcharge of $10, However that room had no room light. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel. If I had to say one nice thing, the shower had hot water.

Couldn’t use the elevator, I was on the third floor. Needed towels for my 2nd night there were none. My room smelled like mold, sheets were very wrinkly and looked like they weren’t new lots of broken things in the room such as plug sockets had cracked pieces on them (more than one). The window shade had black mold. Shower head was beyond rusted. A hole was hidden by the night stand. Taped UV lights on the headboard which didn’t work. The staff I met were either kind or bluntly rude. Frequent traveler wouldn’t recommend

Clean rooms and great daytime staff and overall a good value. Not many other options in the area to choose from. Elevators weren’t working during our stay and had to use stairs but we didn’t mind the exercise except when carrying luggage up and down. Nighttime staff was nonexistent. Waited 10 minutes trying to find someone to check out and no one was in the building which was concerning.
