I flew in from the US in the morning and went to the hotel 3 hrs before checkin time. The staff was super efficient in getting me the first available room from housekeeping. And I was able to refresh before going on to the walking tour of Brussels. Bar staff is super nice too, drinks variety excellent. Highly recommend!

A very good brand of hotel. Safe, great staff and well located for public transport and walk down into the historical areas. Tram stops near by and taxi easy to get

As usual, nice designer furniture in the foyer etc, and I get the no frills, but not even a water glass, paper cup in the room is poor. The public guest are toilets are locked and if staff at breakfast can't find your name on the list, (because they have more than one list) they they treat you like a you are trying to scam breakfast and ask you to produce the invoice instead of taking a looking. No apology after this either.

Hotel was very clean and the rooms were in good condition. Nothing special but good. I would have liked to have glasses for water or a bottle in the room. We had a nice stay

Shiny clean property...on a hill!
Motel One Brussels was great! The staff were very friendly and professional. The facility itself was clean and modern. The location was good, with some shops and bakeries located nearby. The walk from Centraal was difficult with luggage in that it was uphill. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the space along with a coffee/tea service but that's only creature comforts. For the amount of time we spent in the room the Motel was perfect!

Hotel itself is centrally located. Though the room was clean, it reek of cigarettes. Other than that my stay was great.

Great location, small but comfortable, clean and functional room, excellent breakfast and a lovely welcoming cup of gluhwein. Enjoyed our two nights.

The staff very friendly and helpful. we had issue during our stay, there was no internet Wi-Fi in our room. The staff could not fix the problem. every time we want to connect to internet we have to go down to the lobby area.

I love Motel One and have stayed in it a few times in the past. The one in Brussels conveniently located, well maintained, and clean. The only problem is that the water in the bathroom was not very hot. Otherwise, my one night stay was perfect.

Location is great, walking distance to many places, 5 mins from St. Michael, 10 mins to Grand Place. Beds need to be replaced, mattress was horrible and AC off, it was really hot inside the rooms. i had to sleep with open window and then you could hear everything outside. Lobby and bar area were very nice, drink a bit pricey, Breakfast was good $15 per person

Very modern big hotel with top-notch amenities, clean, well-sized rooms, and a good breakfast buffet. The price couldn't be beat for its location one metro stop away from the grand plaza and central train station. Perhaps for that reason there was a long line at check-in that took quite a while to clear.

Good central hotel.
Convenient, friendly, good service, clean room. Quiet. Good price. Central and accessible to sights of Brussels. All together very good. Breakfast is a bit pricey but alternatives are nearby.

Wifi did not work and I alerted front desk 2 times. 1/3 elevators down and then 2/3 down. 1 took 2 days to repair. You cannot charge drinks to room. Hotel is beautiful and comfortable.

The check in was chaotic due to an Internet drop, which forced guests ro pay cash. Very helpful staff tried to solve guests' difficulties in getting cash. I was offered free breakfasts as compensation. Otherwise, my stay was excellent.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Basic room, slightly tired decor upstairs but doesn't really make a difference. Fundamentally, it's a big hotel but there was very little noise, so it was a very pleasant stay.

I had an excellent stay! My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff at the counter were friendly and helpful. I loved the location too! After staying in a Motel One in another country I knew that this would be the perfect hotel for our stay in Brussels!

Lovely Hotel , convenient for everywhere . Station , trams I’m doorstep . Hotel was lovely as was our room, we had a balcony which was a bonus . Would definitely stay again . If I had to say anything negative it would be no drinks facility in room wasn’t a problem for us we took water to the room .
