Good location nearby U-bahn
The hotel is easy to locate as it is just next to U-bahn, Märkisches Museum. You can take 30-minute walk towards the Museums island, where you spend the whole day within the museums afterwards. The room is grand, clean. The hotel staffs are willing to give hand. I booked a concert ticket and asked for a favor to receive the post before my arrival. The hotel gave prompt reply and did what I asked for.

Here, you get more than you pay!
Staff is friendly, helpful and has rich tourism information. Hotel environment is good hotel and very clean. Warm with the free drinks offer in room. Quite location yet convenient since next to the metro. I'll certainly visit again!

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und auch die größe des Hotelzimmers ist gut. Das Bad ist geräumig und sauber, vielleicht ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem, kleinen Wellnessbereich (Sauna Dampfbad). Die Zimmer waren super, einzig das Frühstück wurde dem recht hohen Preis von 18 EUR p.P. nicht ganz gerecht. Dann lieber für das Geld in der Umgebung in einem Cafe frühstücken.

Family visit & Christmas markets
Service was great. All the staff were very friendly & helpful, with everyone speaking very good English. The free water & beer was great & the Christmas gifts left on our door on our last day was an excellent touch. Great location with everything accessible via the underground station, if needed to travel a bit further. However, some things need a bit of attention. The bathroom suite needed upgrading & some days there was a strange smell. During our 7 day stay only one lift was working. Would definitely recommend this hotel & definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Berlin.

Gorgeous hotel in a nice area.
Great hotel right next to the underground. Only a couple of stops from Alexanderplatz. Large room with very comfortable bed and bath and shower. Great service overall. Would highly recommend.

Could have been better!
My stay for 2 nights was good, however, a few small things were annoying. Had to open window for fresh cool air (no A/C), really noisy street at night, no black out curtains with lots of streetlights shining in, only 2 English channels (CNN, BBC), would be nice to have a couple of English movie channels, no bottle opener in room to open courtesy water and beer bottles, an expensive (18 Euros) breakfast that did not look so good. It all could have been better with a little thought put into it. Bottom line - go somewhere else next time!
