During the check-in, the hotel offered me an early check-in room but at low floor, I did ask whether there might be road traffic noise at such low floor and the answer was "no". However, the noise nuisance from nearby BTS rail and other vehicles were serious. In addition, the noise from room's air conditioner needed to be addressed

Nice hotel
located in the city centre, convenient to the shopping and central area, great gym and breakfast, however the music and noise from neighbourhood bars can be heard even stay on the top floor. Appreciate hotel staff changed our room to the opposite side, overall stay was wonderful

Good hotel good location
Good location close to Nana BTS station. Convenient to travel to other sightseeing spots. We were upgraded to Premium club floor, enjoining tea and coffee at Executive lounge with good visionary around and quiet. The swimming pool is small but clean. We can also enjoy spa at good price.

My first trip to Bangkok... Traveling with friends that have been here before... They like this landmark hotel... The room is large modern good value... The Landmark is a high end hotel located around the corner from the Nana Plaza. They offer an excellent breakfast on the top floor with an amazing view. There were several options to dine and drink inside the hotel and it has a nice pool and fitness center. I only stayed in Bangkok for two days, so I can't speak on it's location to the other attractions in Bangkok. However, if you're looking for a high end hotel, very close to the nightlife of the Nana Plaza, The Landmark is an excellent choice.

I would have rated it 5 star, but the food service the 2 times l went to the lobby bar was terrible. The first time l was there in December I was seated at a reserved table. I advised them l would consume my food quick, and was toldno problem. I ordered my good, and while waiting was told that l needed to vacate the table. I advised the rather RUDE waiter, l was seated there by one of the other staff. He basically said the table was reserved although the people who reserved the table were not even there yet.He embarrased me in front of the other guests, and i advised him l would never be back and HE can pay for the food. Yesterday, i foolishly tried to eat there again. Iwas seated and ordered French Onion soup and a burger. 45 minutes goes by and l tell them l do not want my appetizer coming with the burger. The Manager comes over , apologizes and says he is going to check on my food 15 more minutes fo by and still nothing but apologies. Later that night l call upRoom service and make what l think is aneasy order. A Margherita pizza with NO TOMATO SLICES ON TOP, l guess that was to difficult as it came covered in tomato. I send it back and they make another one, this time it is covered with slices of CHEDDAR CHEESE. Even the poor waiter looked at it and apologized. I order breakfast in the Diamond club and come to find oit it is no longer prepared in the kitchen LOCATED AT THE DIAMOND CLUB I even tipped who was what l thought was the chef cooking my meal. NOPE.

Offer a 500 BHT credit on the room against F & B within hotel. At no point do they say its not redeemable against Mini bar. Endede up paying 670 Bht for a small tub of pringles and a beer. Guy at desk just shrugs shoulders and asks payment. complete rip off.

It was advertised as a 5-star hotel, but my room was no way near 5-star: - One side of the bathroom is a transparent glass wall without a blind or curtain. It’s like a fish bowl. - It’s very noisy - traffic noise, party noise, next room noise, etc. - It’s not properly maintained. The minibar fridge was taken out. And the TV remote control wasn’t working. The room is spacious, but it did’t help me to have a pleasant stay.

We were suppose to stay at Waldorf Astoria or another high end hotel. I was having issues getting a room with my points. The system had just gone down. So I decided to stay here. Read the reviews and said let me just give it a shot. This place is customer service was amazing. Everything at this hotel was perfect except the elevators sometimes. It took too long because there was so many people staying there lol. But from room service, the food, and the location was perfect. It was a 10 min walk to the malls and all kind of food places. I’d definitely stay here again. See you guys soon
