服務人員非常友善因為訂7間客房有ㄧ間是2個小朋友她馬上幫我們換一間三人房非常感謝只是飯店稍微舊一點，比較不是太熱鬧的地方！

So so
We had a room on 5th floor and booked under 4 guests, the setting was only for two when we arrived we had to ask for towel, slippers extra. The room itself is ok but feels a bit dusty, wall paper is coming off and the toilet sinks was blocked. Water pressure was low can't get a good shower. Hotel buffet breakfast was ok too, choices are good. Location itself is not far from most places, we took grab everyday.

地方清潔度良好，工作人員態度都很好，就是不近市區，屬於舊區，不過離考山路都還算近的，步行需要20-25分鐘，所以通常都乘搭電單車或tuktuk車外出

the location is quite convenient, easy to access and quiet that is really rare in bkk. hotel is fine in terms of cleanness. old but comfortable. had best sleep ever in bkk. staff at the check-in counter were very efficient while checking-in and out. the pool was quite deep that unlike the other hotel pools that was exactly what I like!

地點唔太方便, 出入都要搭車, 下次住近市區貴少少d車費喺返度 房間唔覺係4星酒店, 牆邊邊d紙睇倒甩甩地, 廁所浴缸同洗手盤等等d膠邊都有污糟, 大堂就幾好 隔音唔好, 聽倒隔離房電視同講野聲, 朝早會被嘈醒 間房夠大, 夜晚訓覺冇咩嘈, 夠靜

We are stay in 4 nights (26-30 Dec 2017), overall this is comfortable hotel,although the location not near by center, but this not effect our journey, because we are going out at the noon time and back at the night, it's easy to arrange the taxi or tuk tuk, we also join the one day local tour, they can pick up us from hotel, no need rush time going to appointed pick up location, but I'am very unhappy to hear the reception staff told us we are made broken toilet's glass when we check out., then need to pay THB 60, what?? the is not the problem for the money, if we really smash it, we will pay for it, but we are really sure we don't make anything damage, finally, the girl said OK no need to paid.

價錢合理，房間冷氣充足，早餐亦很美味! 住的是有露台面向泳池的房間，景觀開揚舒適！但花灑水力較弱，有點可惜。住此酒店必須乘的士出外，但無論去MBK或Central World，費用都只需100泰銖或以下，十分化算。

Staff are very hard working and really listen to you. Location is good for China town, khao san and MBK as its central to all three. Although now if you want a bargain you should go to bobae and definitely not MBK as it's a tourist trap. Bobae is a 5 to 10 minute walk from the hotel. Rooms are very large and comfortable, some of them could do with some attention. The swimming pool is great. Breakfast is good and the reception staff will help you as much as they can. A good hotel.

The lobby and reception are terrific. The dining room is very nice. I only had one meal which is good. The rooms are a little tired, very clean and neat but the bathrooms are more like eight or nine years old. But you cannot be the price in the neighborhood is good
