地點還不錯的飯店
距離最近的是phloen chit站,出飯店後右轉，走到巷口後再右轉，過兩個小馬路就可以看到手扶梯到bts了，但出飯店後的路很不好走，坑坑洞洞的，巷口還有施工，車子真的超多，過馬路像要拼命似的。 飯店整體感覺是不錯的，但清潔度稍低，housekeeping不會整理地板跟馬桶，（清楚感覺到是沒有清潔過的）早餐還不錯，其他服務人員也會笑笑的，算有禮貌。但最滿意的是退房後的行李員，很熱心又有禮貌，還擔心沒車載去機場（忘記名字了）整體來說，除了清潔，算不錯的飯店，到asok跟chit lom都很方便。

整體都很一般
地理位置偏辟，浴室沒有熱水，水力不足，房間燈光不足及比較陳舊，網上的房間照片與實景不乎，但員工服務態度不錯。

地點偏僻
位於街尾位置，酒店沒有穿梭車輛接送,相當不便，酒店早餐選擇相當少，未能滿足顧客需求！房間設施殘舊老化，但房間較大，游泳較細！

不如理想的四星級酒店
酒店位於曼谷市內且就近BTS,徒步大約是7-8分鐘的距離,且附近有便利店,行出巷子很快便有大型商場,另一邊則是na na 酒吧區,看來location很不錯,不過可惜出入酒店的巷子路況很不理想,狹窄,車來車往,污糟又凹凸不平,雖然這不是酒店本身的問題,不過如果拖著大型行理的話,會行得十分狼狽. 酒店號稱四星級,不過個人覺得充其量只有三星,facility大都殘舊,電視的顯示也有問題,最令懊惱的是沖涼...根本冇法子調節出合適的水溫,不是熱死就是冷死....,床舖舒適也整潔,空調雪櫃也正常.overall而言只能說如果對酒店冇乜要求的話,還是可以,但不要預期它有四星級的質素,如果是打算找四星級的話,個人認為還是找別的比較好.

客房感覺不太好，有些鬼異吧 鏡子直對著床，不吉利 床單有塵，好dirty 毛巾有漬也給客人用 唯獨早餐方面幾好！

Wrong choice
First time in bkk, choose wrong location hotel - near no where. 5th floor smells terrible in the corridor, as well in the room. Furniture are OLD. Mini pool is good for kids.

酒店職員服務態度很好, 房間很大很整潔而且設備齊入全. 唯一不足的是,雖然鄰近BTS,但從BTS到酒店街道情況不如理想,建議拉大型行李毛不要步行到酒店

feeling so excited to find this hotel just near a noisy main street .but it doesn't matter.i still feel comfortable and exclusive in this elegent hotel .even there are so many foreigner here but it is quiet and u always will see stuff with charming smilig.

我们的房间在顶楼，但是很大，还带开放式厨房，可以用微波炉做点吃的：）服务也非常好，尤其是门卫，很热心的为我们服务，超值的酒店！

前台接待人员态度很好，帮助给出最好的出行指导。早餐针对不同国籍旅客的口味有不同种类的餐点。距离轻轨步行大约10分钟路程，还算便捷。

酒店的硬件设施很好 舒适和清洁程度比较满意。不过出门需要走10分钟狭窄的小路到bts，酒店是在巷子里面。很多印度人住在这里。 前台工作人员的服务态度很不好。洗衣服务会遇到清洁员不送洗的情况。在同样的路段，同样的价格会有更好的选择，下次不会住在这里了。furama在其它城市的酒店同样如此。

The road is very narrow on top of it there are venders of food vegetables and froots which makes it narrower and dirty. Cooking is going on and the road smells as if you are inside a kitchen.

It is a great place to stay. We have stayed there dozens of times. One problem: the water in the shower is hot for about one minute, then it goes cold. We stayed there 8 days, and it was like that every day.

Locatie was goed. Rustig, maar je bent binnen 5 minuten in de drukte. Ideaal om in en uit de drukte te gaan Ontbijt was karig. Na de eerste dag geen gebruik meer van gemaakt. Te veel eten vanaf je moment je buiten loopt
