We experienced a faulty alarm during our stay from June 14 to 15, 2025, which disturbed all the guests past midnight. The alarm went off twice—first briefly, then again for about 15 to 20 minutes. It was loud and persistent enough that my family and I thought we needed to evacuate.
Our stay was supposed to be perfect, but this unexpected incident made it less so. During the alarm, there was only one staff member at the front desk, but he handled the situation well and stayed calm and helpful.
Overall, our stay at the property was okay, and my family still enjoyed the trip despite the disruption.
