Paradise with an amazing Staff.
Absolutely amazing! The property is gorgeous. Top notched service and attention to details from the incredible staff. The pool was lovely with a few restaurants to select from. I really appreciated the buggy available readily to take you anywhere around the property. Free activities were available for guests and partial spa facilities as well. The daily breakfast buffet had so many choices and a soup bar. The room was spacious, and super clean. It was a definite place to relax and you never want to leave.

The Ritz Carlton standard is well and truly maintained in the Nusa Dua resort. Beautiful property makes you feel relaxed when you arrive, welcome staff excellent, Restaurants are great quality - I must compliment one of the exec Chef Abi who ran a great team of chefs and service staff and one of his junior Staff Bernadetta was smiling every day and was so helpful also. Spacious rooms with everything you need, even access to lagoon pools.

Swimming pool was too busy, too noisy and other guests were rude. Our belongings were moved and our chairs/sun beds taken over despite us being away from the pool for a short time.

However, upon checking into our room there was food left on the deck near the pool and the robes and towels had stains on them showing that they were overlooked and we’re not replaced. This made us a bit worry about the cleanliness of our room as certain amenities were not replenished as well.

Good hotel great service, staff were well trained and friendly. Junior suite were very spacious,good Closet space for two people, good bed and good seating space in the room and In very spacious terrace. The only disappointing issue was the old looking discoloured towels and bath robes which were meant to be white but were now looking gray and dirty, definitely not towels of a 5 star hotel. The tv Chanels were limited compared to other hotels. In the restaurants the food was amazing however they have very tall tables and low chairs that are uncomfortable to sit as the table was almost chest height. At he pool, towels were also old and some stained Staff allowed guests to leave their personal belongings on sun loungers for the whole day even when not using the space so made it difficult for new coming guests to find a gazebo as almost all were supposedly being used even though people had been gone for more than 2 hours. Hotel is nice but very big and almost have to walk long distances or take a buggy to get anywhere. Hydro pool is available for use for $30 per half hour which was a turn off

Staff at the Ritz is exceptionally nice, they go above and beyond their way to accomodate the guests and make them happy. I happened to celebrate my birthday during my stay there and they made sure I felt special. I am very grateful to many of them for their unique kindness and I hope I can go back and stay longer. Loved the pool, beach and beach grill restaurant. Food is great as well.
