I called the one touch service and your staff called Teo pick up my call at 10pm on 9/6. He made a spa reservation for me at 11:30 am on 10/6. When I came down at 11:30 on 10/6, the staff in the spa center said the receptionist didn't call them and they have no reservation for me at 11:30.
Then I came up to the receptionist who called UCi and she confirmed I have made a reservation at 11:30am. She called the staff in the spa center and she told me I could do the spa right now at 12am.
I came down to the staff in the spa center and waited for 20 minutes. The staff in the spa center said she had already told the receptionist that they are full and they could not do it right now.
Then I came up to the reception again and the manager said she could only help to made another appointment for me.
It took me one hour to go up to the reception and go down to the spa center again and again and wait for the receptionist and spa center staff to confirm the booking.
It took 3 hours to wait for the dishes for dinner although the restaurant was empty.

Far from a 5* category brand in Bali. Average staff and average breakfast buffet. Better brands to stay at by far.

The property is stunning with beautiful gardens, the staff are exceptional. The pool is really big and the perfect depth to relax. There is a bar or club close to the hotel which you can hear the music. Turndowns weren’t done every night. Kids above us jumping and screaming at all times of the day made the stay unpleasant.
