Upon arrival, check-in took over 20 minutes. The front desk clerk was unprofessional, barely spoke to us, and stopped helping us midway to check in another guest instead. The connecting door to the next room was sealed shut with duct tape, which is clearly unsafe and unprofessional. The bathroom lights did not work at all, leaving the bathroom unusable. There were multiple holes in the wall near the air conditioning unit, creating both safety and cleanliness concerns. Most concerning, we discovered a substance on the floor that appeared to be either feces or vomit, which is completely unacceptable and indicates that the room was not properly cleaned or inspected. Due to these conditions, we left the hotel in less than an hour after checking in. When we attempted to discuss this with the front desk staff, we were told that because we did not report the issues immediately upon entering the room, there was “nothing she could do.”

I was told upon check-in that there woukd be a $50 deposit and that upon check out it would be refunded. Then upon checking out, differnt staff, i was told they would not refund until room was checked by housekeeping. Ive never encountered thus tyoe of policy as the CC on file would cover any issues. I had to go back to room and document just in case as this seems to be suspect.

Horrible service, dusty rooms with damp sheets. Also blood stains under the bed. The ac unit looked as if someone kicked it. Also there was a customer who was cursing at them and the staff didn’t do anything about it. I did not feel safe at all. Scariest hotel I have ever been.

room was dirty - pieces of dried up chicken everywhere. Its obvious the housekeeping staff does not vacuum. I did not hear a vacuum run the entire time I was there. There was no breakfast available and I was not allowed to have more than 2 bath towels even though we had a room for 4 people. The hallway constantly smelled of weed, and there was not one single mention of construction anywhere while I was booking however the entire place is torn up. There was also no fire escape plan or typical warnings on the door and one light switch was broken and poses a shocking hazard. I have never had a worse experience at a hotel. The hotel didn't even try to make it right.

Está en construcción y no lo informan en la app, aparte cobran como si el hotel estuviera en óptimas condiciones, publicidad engañosa, pues las fotos de las habitaciones no son iguales a las que entregan para hospedarse, el golpe y la limpieza de mi habitación era terrible aunque la empleada que me hizo el check in, me la cambió y están un poco mejor, de verdad no lo recomiendo

Everything here was awful. The hotel is under construction, from the doorway to the room. The walls are stained, and the sheets and furnishings are outdated.
