Every staff there speaks only mandarin and no one could speak English for a 4-star facility. Housekeeping wasn’t up to par. But all staff are friendly.

Location is good, staff is friendly, bus service good Food is low quality, "restaurant" overcrowded, buffet not nice - found bug in juice, some food items badly prepared - coffee was good though

The hotel location was perfectly situated in the mountains. A short walk to the visitors center and train station. The hotel also offers ride from the hotel to the visitors center.

This is THE only 5-star hotel in he designated park, overall our experience was quite pleasant except the following issues: 1. Their front desk suggested and offered to make morning calls to wake us up to be on time and not miss the train to see the spectacular sunrising. Ended up they forgot to set the morning call, we were just 2 minutes away to miss the train, that was stressful 2. They recomend all guests to dial #9 on the phone to get service for everything, however during our 3 days in this hotel nibody ever pick up the calls, let alone getting any if their service Besides the above incidents, it was a great hotel and only hotel to stay for Alishan trips

High price for the service (which is good) but insufficient amenities available . Equipment available were run down, doors were creaking, and walls were thin (could hear people having sex next door).
