There was a women clearly under the influence of something outside our room all night long. The couple staying next door are monthly tenants. The cops were called early in the morning because of them. The house keeping staff is amazing and I feel terrible for them and the people they have to clean up after!!!!

The people were nice. The sheets were pretty clean, except for a couple hairs found. The pillows were like half pillows which were really weird. They were super small and hard. Super uncomfortable. There was no comforter either, just a couple of sheets. So I was pretty cold. The walls were dingy and there was a weird carpet shelf I didn’t want to touch. We knew we booked a 2 star because we were only there for 1 night. We could hear the people above us pretty easily.

Personally, I would remove this from the hotel.com. List of potential places to stay. Took three Different room rooms before one was acceptable to stay in. Old hotel, poor condition would never stay there again not even if it was free.

The room was clean but three factors made my evening difficult. The light on the desk was out and the other lights were too far away so I couldn't see to work at the desk. The blanket on the bed was very thin and I froze. Third was the fact that I couldn't find the phone number to the front office to report any of these conditions. I finally took the blanket off the bed and doubled it. That was better.

Great room*, comfortable beds, clean, quiet - good shower/bathroom set up, and big TV. Would come back to that room again. *They have nice room pics and not so nice room pics. I specifically asked for a room that would match the 'nice room' pics on expedia. So was moved to a different room. Because of this, the new room had not been warmed up, so was freezing upon entry. Minor inconvenience. Honestly, a hotel/motel should not SHOW nice rooms online to get you to book and then bait and switch customers. Update all your rooms.

I really liked the front desk staff. This place needs upgraded. Alot of homeless hangs out in this area. Even coming to doors knocking to beg. We felt people were shady that stayed there. We think price was reasonable. No room service during the weekend. Was a bit taken back on this property other property of this name have been alot nicer. Also it served breakfast which contained you make your own waffle, bread, muffins fruit cereal milk juice, coffee toppings be butter, syrup and jelly. I think more hot item would be nice eggs bacon or sausage gravy over muffins etc im thinking the rooms need update and cleaned better. Our wall molding was disgusting.

I've stayed in the summer with no issues. In the winter the bathroom is freezing because there is no source of heat. The heater is under the front window so to get the bathroom warm the room gets too warm. I had a single bed so maybe the larger rooms are different. Also there are no hairdryers. The breakfast offered is just OK. But the price is good.
