「The only issue I had was with the slides. The rules on what life jacket to wear wasn’t posted anywhere. My son went down one slide with a life jacket and the second time was told he couldn’t wear that one. He had to wear one that buckled in the back not in the front. The rules weren’t posted on the life jackets. 」

「This is the second time we have stayed at this Embassy Suites hotel and absolutely love it. The location is awesome and convenient to walk to a abundance of restaurants. The staff were awesome and welcoming and efficient. The happy hour drinks and snacks were great as well as the morning breakfast buffet where we enjoyed a delicious custom made omelette. We will be back!!!」

「Very nice hotel.only complaint was there was rowdy and wild kids in the pool, throwing footballs hitting a family member. Drinking in the pool area. The worker did say something about the football incident to the family that was throwing it 」

「The room was large, clean, and well furnished. We were able to get adjoining rooms with our daughter and her kids for a fun time in Des Moines. We arrived on Friday and we were able to park in the lot next to the hotel. It was only about half full and the spaces were large enough. The only difficulty was figuring out what to enter and where to enter it when we entered the lot the first time. Place the room key card against the flat pad.
