Property was quiet and safe with both schedules daily activities and available snorkeling, diving, kayaks, jet skis. The snack bar was open between scheduled meal times. The breakwaters protected the beaches from waves and large sea animals, providing a calm and safe swimming experience.

The facility maintenance could be improved to provide a more finished appearance. In our room, the wall mounted fixtures were loose and hanging out from the wall. One of the two wall mounted light fixtures did not light-up. The shower which was designed for two sliding doors, only had one door installed resulting in standing water on the floor. The refrigerator had thick ice build up on the coils, resulting in limited cooling.
Most of the hotel staff did not portray a welcoming demeanor. Only a few of the staff exhibited a smiling, "how may I help you?" expression.
