We've always loved staying at this property for its big pool, table games, and open atrium. Unfortunately, this will be our last stay. At check-in, they would not issue us a roll-away. They said that room wasn't eligible for one and if we had booked direct with them, we would've known that. However, we've stayed with them before and it was never an issue. So we drove to Target to get an air mattress. When we got our sheets and blankets delivered, a different employee stated the same thing - if you would've booked direct with us, you would've known you can't have a roll-away with your booking. However, roll-aways are listed on the features on Expedia. Breakfast was good. Lots of hot food options. The pool area was chaotic. I had to get the manager to have them remove a large, long-hair dog from the pool deck. I reminded that that is a health issue. I expect this kind of treatment and problems at a lower-end hotel, not a Best Western Plus.
