We needed an early check-in due to our flight. Erika and the front desk staff assisted us perfectly so tell us everything modern comfortable and convenient anyone would want. They absolutely hammocks in the lobby. I highly recommend this day. This is just the most affordable hotel rate I booked in my 12 day trip in Japan

A brilliant stay at the Novotel Naha. Nice, big and comfortable rooms with good views. Food and drinks were good and a decent selection in the breakfast area and in the premium lounge too. Really nice facilities, clean and very professional and attentive staff. My only gripe is that it's not in the most convenient of locations. It was be great if they had a shuttle service in to parts of town. I'll definitely look to come back though.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful and we appreciated the guest parking for our friends in Okinawa. The room was comfortable, but the motion-sensor light in the closet was too bright and couldn’t be turned off. More desk/drawer space would be very useful.
