優: 飯店內的餐廳食物普遍好吃, 2+1床位還算滿意 缺: 1. 冰箱內的mini bar好貴阿, 沒標價 房間內也沒價目表.幾罐啤酒跟礦泉水還有幾包小零嘴要70美金........ 2. deposit check 有點貴, 一晚要100美金.... 3. 衛浴的門鎖無法上鎖, 乾溼分離的門開閉容易外拉變內推

沒有五星的價值
入住渡假村，雖然提升房型成966，但是洗澡時排水孔堵塞，整個浴室都積水。蓮蓬頭掛架螺絲也沒拴緊，無法好好的掛上。再來要使用電話叫車，電話又壞掉無法使用，導致我要請朋友幫我叫車。最後，房卡感應三張有兩張是壞的，害我在門外試了10分鐘才進房間。整體而言，除了私人海灘非常漂亮之外，其他軟硬體設備十分差勁，不會再次入住。

Overall a good experience at Sokha Beach Resort with simple but comfortable rooms, easy access to private beach, lovely restaurant by the beach with excellent sunset views as well as gym and spa facilities. Buffet breakfast had a wide range of food available catering to a variety of tastes. Key thing to note is this resort is HUGE. You need to wait for the hotel buggy to get around which is not the most convenient access wise. It’s almost like a mini self-contained town! It did however provide an oasis of calm away from the chaotic and busy town. From the photos, the hotel appears more modern than it actually was. Staff were friendly but lobby reception was not very organised.

酒店宰客 服务差 卫生差
房间的床上没有褥子，只有一个床单，很脏，打电话到总机，说这里房间都是一样的。房间就是国内三星酒店标准。预定写的中午退房，没写具体时间，不到下午一点在前台退房，前厅经理说要加收90美金房费，超时了，理论所有海边度假酒店都可以2点退房，并且现在住客很少，前厅经理态度很差，强调五星酒店，我说五星酒店连对客人最基本的微笑服务，懂什么是五星酒店吗？要打单子和刷卡记录，不给，最后给了，钱还是没退，说一个星期后退到卡里，也没用没有操作。等一周吧，如果没退款操作，只能找银行了。大家入住此酒店引以为戒。

優點：有私人海灘真的很方便又很漂亮，櫃檯人員都很熱心服務很好 缺點：可能是房門外有種植植物房內有蚊蟲，位置稍微有點偏遠，晚上不搭車出不去

A good resort and lovely lemongrass restaurant
拥有独立海滩是酒店的最大优点及特色，海边的lemongrass西餐厅很不错，房间的硬件设施稍差，但由于是海边resort也情有可原。门外踏过草坪就是海滩，游客比较少，沙滩上晒太阳，踏浪很爽。

酒店最好的就是自带的沙滩了。这个房价和房间条件不太符合，隔音很差很差。早餐人很多，需要排队。酒吧驻唱不错。酒店赌场很小，不值一试。

Fabulous beach
The hotel accommodates hundreds of people, which makes it sometimes too crowded especially during check-in and breakfast. The beach is fabulous and it is the greatest selling point of the hotel.

a luxury hotel with average services
The room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful but their English were not good enough. Sometimes they didn't understand what I wanted and gave me wrong services. Besides, their services were low efficient. I called housekeeping for towels but they did not give me after 30 minutes and I needed to call again. It happened for many times. The facilities were good and well-maintained. But it is not worth to pay for over 100usd per night with average services and the breakfast choices were so little.

海滩绝佳，酒店一般
索卡的私家海滩，非常棒，细腻柔软的白沙，夸张点说，有点像棉花糖和冰淇淋，质感一流。至于酒店，是我们住过的五星级酒店里，最大的，也是最没格调的一家，感觉大的就像是个暴发户，空洞无味，只能说，或许它是西哈努克最高级很最大的，但跟暹粒的五星酒店一比，顿时有一种吐槽无下限的感觉。

这是一家很不错的酒店，有私家海滩和一个很漂亮的泳池，很安静，食物也很好吃，房间也干净，空调很好，但是房间的地板好像不是每天打扫，桌子也不擦，只是更换毛巾和洗漱用品。

酒店整体不错，环境优雅舒适，亮点是有独立的私人海滩，沙滩没有礁石、贝壳很平整，很适合海边冲浪、戏水，海水颜色一般。唯一不足是房间隔音效果不是很好，楼上房客的高跟鞋让人不得清净，后投诉后有所好转。

The resort is located in a nice and quiet part of the town with a nice stretch of beach. We got a free upgrade to a very nice room. We had a great dinner at the restaurant. Very friendly staff all around providing excellent service whenever needed. The breakfast has a great selection of Khmer as well as western food. The beach is combed to remove washed up rubbish. The property is slightly dated but I highly recommend this place.

Another good stay
Repeat at the Sokha. People are fantastic and never have a problem. Second trip and this is by far the best place in Sihanoukville if you must go. Beach is nice. Food is very good.

Good location and good room. But i used hotel taxi to ferry terminal. It takes just 3minutes. The fee is 12 us dollar. Hahaha

プールはとても良く整備されており、プライベートビーチの白砂は感動もの。スタッフもとてもフレンドリー。２ベッドルームにエクストラベッドを入れて３名で宿泊したが、アメニティが２名分しか補充されず、毎回リクエストする必要があったのがちょっとだけ残念。
