The air conditioner was very loud and make it difficult to sleep. There was also a weird noise in the bedroom. They never came to clean my room or bring new towels. I would not stay here again.

COSTCO next door had early morning deliveries and you could hear everything. The same for inside the hotel, as you could hear people in the hallway talking and whenever they closed their doors. Pay for parking at this location? I will not stay there again. Staff was polite, and review has nothing to do with them.

We had a used empty truly can left in our room. When mentioned to front they switched us rooms-“upgraded” us, however upon checking out that room there dirty q-tips all over one of bedroom floors

We had a great stay. The only negative thing is that we were on the Costco wearhouse side and there was alot of noise throughout the night.

Well… Marriott got me again. They charged me for parking! This is suburban San Antonio. There’s parking lots for as far as the eye can see and most are empty at night. I don’t like having to pay for surface parking with no attendant. I plan to stay elsewhere next time. Facility is ok, staff is friendly.

Overall ok stay. Exhaust was not working, sofa bed was not in good shape, cooking utensils were limited and even though facility seemed to be pet free but was seeing furs on carpet. Breakfast was good and frontdesk staff was polite and helpful.

I really didn't notice until i needed a walker after my surgery, but the access for individuals that need walking assistance are in real trouble entering the hotel. Carpets that catch your walker, door are not automatic are a real hindrance. Other than that all staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel location and safety are helpful.

Nice stay. There were a couple of issues but the staff did address them and they were helpful. Just a note the king size bed feels like a "hotel king" and a little smaller than standard.

For starters I asked for a first floor room because I have 4 small kids and they get antsy and jump around. I didn’t want to disturb the other guest. They were unable to accommodate my request. I then ask if they had a room where no one was directly under me, they still were unable to accommodate my request. I sucked it up. When we got into the room it smelled like smoke and it’s supposed to be a “ non smoking” room. Then our remote didn’t work to the TV so I went to the living quarters to request a new remote or batteries from the front desk, the phone didn’t work either. We then decided to go to the hot tub, once we got in we noticed that it was cold, not even warm. We went back to our room to take showers. I noticed that while the shower was running, the water was running from the shower head outside on bathroom floor. Too many mishaps for me in one day.

We got locked out of our room for an evening due to door lock failing. The management was very friendly. But we were still locked out. They had to replace the door lock scanning system on the door. In general the door keys only worked sometimes, which also resulted in us getting locked out on the pool patio at one point. We otherwise enjoyed our stay and appreciated the heated pool and basketball courts. We were disappointed that our room booked (a double room suite) was unavailable due to maintenance issues. We got separated into 2 smaller rooms.

The staff is very helpful and accommodating especially Barb. The breakfast is very tasty and filling.The rooms are kept clean and the beds are comfortable. Great location within blocks of John Hagee's Cornerstone Church.

Room was clean and comfortable! Kitchen was great with all amenities. Pool was great!! Breakfast was hot and included spinach cheese quiche gluten free oatmeal and fresh fruits. Barb was a wonderful hostess! She was the heart and soul of this property!! We felt very welcomed!! She brought us pitcher of water to dinner table and surprised us with fresh chocolate chip cookies!! Robert maintained a clean surrounding and always offered us a genuine smile! It felt like home!! Will definitely come back!!!
