Me and my family was staying over 5-7Feb 2019 to spend our CNY holiday with some bad experiences due with the resort arrangement.
As we spork before I leave, we here to spend the holiday and been arranged by Facebook message with all black and white writing over a month, not the last minute booking.
Couple things with easy
1st. the BBQ priced with fresh lobster and the day before say your kitchen made a mistake with Frozen lobster. ( prices reduced from the bill) with accepted , as I have no other choose in time .
2nd The BBQ suppose arrange at the 3 bedroom villa not the beach outside the 2 bedroom
3rd The menu was arrange and settled over and over by message . Comes up one person meat dinning was missing. And we was waiting more then 1 hr to comes back on table.
4th. The 2 bed room villa say will arranged at the main building next to the reception.
End up send it to the other side of the villa
5th The spa has arranged with all 90mins in message recorded and all be only doing 60mins spa. (Your staff were saying only charge for 60mins package. ) reason say that they be fully booked. And ask someone doesn’t understand English
Why the staff didn’t follow the booking arrangements?
Ain’t we have the first Priority with the booking a month early?
But we wanted a 90mins
