Building and architecture is amazing. Pool room is a must. Food was good, but dinner needs more thai dishes even like thai curry or chicken satay. Staff are very good and reception. Service staff in dinner hall thank you for all you did to support food needs and birthday

The property is a beautiful traditional Thai architecture themed property that is quiet and secluded. It is a little inconvenient in terms of location to other shops and restaurants but the hotel provides shuttle service to the main road. The staff and service is amazing.

A great place to stay if you want to be alone. Next to the beach etc. I stay in a villa type room for two nights and asked to change to the pool room over looking the mountains. The hotel was able to help me with that. However the hotel located around 1km drive from main road where all the local shops is. I believe the hotel offer a mini van pick up and drop off. I used a scooter to get around, the island are very hilly you need to be a confidence rider if you want to rent a scooter.

Nice hotel with limited facilities.
Friendly staff. Limited facilities as pool bar closed and only one restaurant available. Hopefully more will open soon now tourists can travel more freely. Breakfast average. Rooms clean and spacious.

Love love love. The best stuff ever❤️Very friendly and helpful. So beautiful and clean area, very peaceful and quiet. amazing breakfast with life thai music. Also they play life music and traditional dance for dinner. Best place for relaxing

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was stunning and the grounds were kept immaculate. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel, beautiful view of river and mountains at breakfast. Amazing view of sea from restaurant and bar. Excellent rooms with good amenities. Only problem was the slow service of food. I think hotel was a little understaffed. Overall an excellent hotel and really enjoyed my stay there!

Definitely one of the best resorts on koh Chang. I stayed in 2 rooms. First was the pool suite river view. Fantastic room with unbelievable views of the river and mountains. Good size. Private pool and bathtub facing the mountains. Nice size bathroom. Second was the pool access villa. Another fantastic room. Nice size semi private pool only 3 villa’s can use. Good size room with a great layout. Big bathroom with a custom built whirlpool bathtub. Great restaurants with delicious food. Brilliant big pool by the beach. Staff was excellent always friendly and very helpful. Fantastic service. Done everything they could to make a memorable stay. It was my birthday while I was their and they done a romantic dinner for me and my girlfriend by the beach. For me this resort is 10/10. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Although not 5-star international standard as we had expected and experienced at other Santhiya locations, the "pool suite" room was very beautiful and comfortable. (Rooms in this category are newer and were in much better condition than the upgraded "villa" category.) The manager and staff were very kind and courteous and tried very hard to improve the quality of our stay. Rainy season is not an ideal time to visit Koh Chang so we encountered a few kinds of "wildlife" in our room. Excellent mid-range resort on lovely, well kept grounds and a nice beach, but head to another Santhiya location if you're seeking a high-end experience of exclusivity and luxury.
